Fruit Juice

Ogden Water were responsible for the design, manufacture and installation of a pH correction system for a leading fruit juice producer which manufactures a wide range of juices for major UK retailers.

The new system features:

- 1000L pH correction tank

- Automatic pH correction/chemical dosing

- MCERTS-approved flow meter

- Refridgerated autosampler

A MCERTS-approved flow meter and composite sampler are formal requirements set in the consent to discharge documents issued by the relevant water authority.

The system currently processes up to 35m³ per day
